Homeowners insurance is much different than a home warranty. Your homeowners policy typically covers the following: structure of the home, personal belongings, liability protection (generally from injury, slip-and-fall, etc.), natural disasters, terrorism (an additional fee may apply), flooding, fire, and burglary just to name a few.
